Two profiles are eligible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Company in the process of being acquired<\/strong>: intending to take over a Quebec-based company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acquired company<\/strong>: having taken over a Quebec-based company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The general conditions are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be at least 18 years old;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have advanced intermediate oral proficiency in French (for French citizens, presenting a general, vocational and technological baccalaureates exempts them from taking the tests);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold a secondary school diploma, a vocational diploma, or an attestation of vocational specialization or college studies.
